Based on the paper Liang & Zeger (1992), available at the UPEI library, 
review briefly (1 page) the relation between transitional and marginal 
models for discrete repeated measures. List all situations where 
specific results are known; Diggle et al. (2002) state that the relation 
can be established only in limited cases.
